How to export email to BigCommerce

To export html for email, you will need a paid plan. RenderKu is designed to be use for long-term so we recommend upgrading to annual plans, which are 4 times cheaper than monthly plans. To upgrade, go to billing overview page.

There are 2 ways you can export email from RenderKu to BigCommerce transactional emails. Sync Integration and Export HTML Manually.

Sync Integration

This approach allows you to automatically sync saved emails to BigCommerce. 

• First, ensure that you've installed RenderKu app from BigCommerce app store. This is required for us to sync your emails.

• Inside email editor, select Syncs from left sidebar.
• Turn on BigCommerce Sync

If Auto Sync is turned on, we will automatically push email sync to BigCommerce for selected email type whenever email is saved.

If Auto Sync is turned off, you would need to manually push email sync. You can view sync results via email sync logs page.

Export HTML Manually

You can also manually export email HTML to BigCommerce. This approach requires slightly more work but is more flexible as you can edit the HTML you are copying over.

Go to emails page and right click on email. Then select Export HTML.

In most cases, we recommend selecting Export Html File to copy HTML code for email.

Go to BigCommerce transactional emails and select template to edit. Then replace Code with copied HTML.
